Bad experience with the pharmacy staff, Michelle. Incompetent and poor communication. She did not carefully check the records before answering the questions. So frustrating to talk with this lady. It's been back and forth.. she needs training how to communicate and serve the customer..... I've never had problems with this costco except the pharmacy staff.

Good news! It's a Costco. There are awesome deals to be had. Customer service is helpful and accommodating and they have fantastic prices on bulk items...Bad news... Which come at a cost to product variety. Lastly, the average Costco member. Sigh. The average Costco member is the most inconsiderate, self-centered, naive jerk one can ever encounter. They infest the parking lot, they permeate the store aisles, and they overwhelm the free sample carts. At times, you debate whether or not it's worth it to pay to take advantage of Costco's deals when there are these thoughtless drones all over the store.

Costco we dont need to go over the good and bad just know that this Costco as well as any of them, if arrive within 30 minutes of them opening or closing and you are golden. No drones or people at all. If your list is sorted and y have a good routine you can be in there and out fast.
