My son let me borrow his car because it was crazy hot, and my car's AC is not working. I was on my way to a doctor's appointment. The car started to sound funny. I just wanted to take the time to see how very pleased I was with my experience today. I called this morning on my way to work as I passed the shop and spoke with Edmond. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and was able to get me in for the services that I needed. I watch the entire team work on my truck and interacted with each one of them at some point during my time there everyone was outstanding and helpful. I dealt mostly with Edmond and Travis, but the other guys were all working together to get my job done so that I could get back on the road. Excellent customer service.
