I am a huge foodie, obviously. And one of my favourite things to do is to hunt down the food trends for the year ahead. And let me tell you: this year is all about comfort food, baby!

The Melty Mashups trend, in particular. Wondering what that’s all about?

It’s basically just about fusing two classic dishes into one new and genius recipe. It essentially takes two of your favourite comfort food dishes and marries them. Think: cheeseburger quesadillas or melty mac and cheese pizza!
